  15.             ACCURATE ACCOUNTING TIME SHEET v2.0 [AATSP20]

  17. The surprises you get when you take the time to review reports generated
  18. by this program. It can be a real eye opener. You may find your self
  19. re-thinking your decisions after reviewing reports generated here. When
  20. your supervisers use this program they will not be able to hide people
  21. if work is slow. In a few minutes you can have any documentation in your
  22. hands. Supervisers can make better decisions after reviewing reports.
  23. Also you can use reports to help estimate future jobs, whether the job is
  24. similar or not does not matter if an area of the job is you can break it
  25. out and get those costs or a portion of the over all costs.

  27. Cost over runs can be justified easily by showing work performed which is
  28. not within the original scope of the job. And the foreman can show their
  29. boss where time was accrued performing work at their request while no
  30. additional expenditures were allocated.

  32. From a problem prevention point of view AATSP20 will save you plenty,
  33. documentation showing training employees received at scheduled safety
  34. meetings, will meet FEDERAL and STATE OSHA requirements.

  36. Please keep in mind that every thing mentioned to this point and much
  37. more is yours for only 4.5 seconds per employee per day after initial
  38. data entery. Lets discuss this statement more!.

  40. We know it sounds to good to be true, therefore The Conductor is going to
  41. put his money where his mouth is, if after you use the register version
  42. of AATSP20  (Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus) for six months and if
  43. you should feel it is not as fast as we said or does not perform up to
  44. your expectations. You will be given a full return of your money upon our
  45. receiving the registered installation disks. Shucks we'll send you the
  46. postage too.

  48. This program is a great means by which field work sites can interface
  49. with management. Justifying costs is simple AND SO IS LOCATING SLACKERS
  50. OR POOR MANAGEMENT.  Since the data is a perfect copy of what is written
  51. to the time sheet cheating is really difficult.

  57. should give us some feel for what is needed in the field.

  59.             ACCURATE ACCOUNTING TIME SHEET v2.0 [AATSP20]
  60.  
  61. Creates Time Sheets maintaining a database of data from the time sheets,
  62. and up-dates all authorization charges. Also a file containing employee
  63. hourly rates, allows the program to perform a lookup when adding hours
  64. and factoring overtime while creating reports. The database can now parse
  65. out specific lines of data on users request. It also has an editing
  66. feature, insert, delete, copy and swap lines functions. All restrictions
  67. on the size of a database file are removed the only limit is the size of
  68. your hard drive. The export file has been modified to send (all data)
  69. automatically to a database file. Also Social Security Number can now  be
  70. used for employee Identification.

  72.                  HOW YOU BENEFIT BY USING AATSP
  73.  
  74. This program is excellent for management of costs, employees, equipment
  75. and tools. Reviewing reports will show where expenditures were used,
  76. which employees worked on a specific job and describe the work they
  77. performed. It's an ideal program for work performed in the field,
  78. (example a construction site) a foreman can easily maintain all costs
  79. at large or small sites. Managing costs can't get any easier.

  81.            HOW MUCH TIME MUST I SPEND MAKING TIME SHEETS ?
  82.  
  83. One time sheet contains ten employees, if each employee spent eight hours
  84. on a single charge number, not necessarily the same one, the time sheet
  85. creation would take no longer then 45 seconds.  <--- This is the max.
